JuHHov's gross expansion to its red giant phase consumed any matter
that may have been between it and its only remaining planet, Chronos.
Its second collapse left this inner area populated with nothing more
than wisps of hydrogen. The juHHov system is, therefore, completely
safe for navigation at warp and sublight speeds.
This system is remarkable because life evolved after juHHov passed
through its red giant stage. Generally, a red giant consumes any planets
close to it. Once it collapses, the planets left behind are too far
away to make use of the reduced solar energy. In effect, the planets
are incinerated for billions of years and then frozen when the solar
bombardments retreat.
Chronos has defied the odds by developing an M-class environment and
giving rise to the great warrior race of the Klingons and their interstellar
empire. Now, this system is better characterized by comparing the large
number of military posts and space stations in orbit.
