Chronos is the only planet in the juHHov system. There may have been sister planets orbiting in the vast distances between Chronos and its star, but they would likely have been destroyed long ago. This is because juHHov is a red dwarf-a star that has collapsed after having grown to a red giant. Somehow, Chronos survived. Its topography and geology show no signs that it had once orbited a red giant. In fact, Chronos' surface features show nothing unusual at all.

A wide variety of life has evolved on this distant planet, including the great Klingon race. Qo'nos (the Klingon name for their home) is a lush world with extensive cities and industrial zones. It is a poor world, however. Only the expansionist, honor-driven nature of the Klingon people prevented them from depleting their mineral resources. Thanks to an abundance of nearby worlds to support their industrial needs, the Klingons have become the most formidable government in the galaxy.

Today, Qo'nos is a proud and powerful place. It more than reflects the honorable and cultural nature of the Klingon people. Their arduous work has repopulated their barren system, not with planets, but with massive military complexes. And though juHHov is near the end of its life, the Klingon Empire has guaranteed their survival for eternity.
